First Chiropractic Consult - Plan 15 minutes to discuss your concerns, current conditions, challenges, expectations and we will review the associated costs of care. We are primarly a CASH practice and yet we find the Veterans Administration (VA) appreciates our profession and finds it beneficial for its' members; therefore, we honor their insurance as payment for services. We are an authorized MediCare Provider in our Capitola and Campbell Clinics and know that we have applied to become an authorized Provider for our Caspar folks. Many "Health" Insurance plans are very good with providing coverage for "Sick Care" (Hospitalization and Medications) but not "Wellness" Care and therefore we do not accept their false claims of chirorpactic coverage. We are happy to review your insurance coverage and discuss your available benefits as it relates to chiropractic care.

First Chiropractic Care – Plan for a 45 minute office visit which includes a review of your "New Patient Information" form – addressing your concerns & conditions, comprehensive history, comprehensive examination including a Physical exam, Neurologic and Orthopedic Tests and medical decision-making of moderate to high complexity. Most importantly, your 1st Chiropractic Adjustment.
Follow-up Chiropractic Care Visit
30 Minutes @ $85.00
Follow-up single visit for Chiropractic Care includes addressing those extremely specific chiropractic adjustments, some physiotherapy and ultimately getting you to a better place.
